Location and value was a plus. Staff was friendly. With the many issues that I had, I got to know them very well.

Fire alarm in my room needed a battery, constant beeping. Windows opened up to outside with no screens, no protection to keep anyone from falling out of them, especially small children. Problems with key cards. Had to rekey still did not work. Hallway floor was covered with insulation falling from open ceiling and was not cleaned up the entire time I was there. I had three rooms on this floor, inches from the open exposed insulation. And they still charged me over 100.00 for each room. Everything reaked of cigarette smoke.

The location was good. The area outside the pool has a nice patio area. The staff was accommodating.

There was a smoked cigar with ashes all over the window of our room. I told hotel staff and they didn't clean the cigar up, it was there the entire duration of the stay. The sheets on one of the beds had cigarette burns in it. The pool was closed throughout the entire stay, even though the website said there was a pool.
