The gaps in door jam and under door needs to be fixed you can see the outside from inside !

The owner is really nice. I like his demeanor. He knows how to run his business and how to treat people (from my observation).

Friendly staff parking lot clean no drama or loud music late it was very peaceful

The price the location and the fact that they did have a bathtub in that room which they do not in every room
The other guests the staff are not the friendliest, they are so pushy and before you can pay another night they have to look in and see your room and make sure you don't have too many bags or it's not too dirty to their standards it's pretty outrageous for the one or two star hotel that they are
