Location
I was charged twice for my room!!! Once by Hotel and once by Booking .com. Like a scam! I also paid $50 more for superior room that was a joke.

The comfortable bed and access to building at room location
Asked the afternoon desk staff, a young male for a 3am wake up call which I never received. Hee was VERY RUDE, UNPLEASANT AND OBVIOUSLY INEPT to perform even the easiest of tasks, his ignorance should not go unanswered

Staff have always been incredibly nice and incredibly helpful. Hotel is convenient to the highway, and there's a great diner run by very nice people next door.

We had a very pleasent stay. We will return to this hotel the next time we visit family in Vineland area.
There was a group of young people staying over the weekend and they ran up and dsown the halls knocking on our door till 3:30 am. I called down to the front desk but got no answer.

cleanliness was an issue. nails and dust and other follicles were present. furniture was old and blankets not new

The comfort of the bed. Perfect location. Convenience of food
The rooms isn't sound proof. The doors have gaps at the bottom and the bathtub is discolored and shower head is dirty. I have to take a shower at my sister's house instead of the hotel I paid for. I would like a partial refund. The bathroom sink was slow draining.
