The people that live in those rooms permanently were very loud.

It was cheap

Room was poorly taken care of. Mirror mounted extremely crooked. Holes in wall from old electric hardware. Instead of patching wall damage the staple a piece of carpet very poorly to wall to conceal damage. Room smelled like the people who live in adjacent room. Something you'd see in a CSI episode.

The rack in bathroom hanging off the wall the shower curtain was shredded tub was not clean bed is broken sheets smelled musty hot water for shower was not consistant it would go from boiling to cold instantly

The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

When checking in, the front desk person didn't mention that the room wasn't worth staying in; I mean the toilet didn't even flush. I requested staying in the other hotel but paid the price difference.

Nothing good about this place

Just a run down place, window could not lock, holes in the wall, electrical outlets did not work, lamps missing light bulbs and television access was not functional

Had seminar- don't recall breakfast- office wasn't open. Hotel was very quiet in spite of the fact that it was on the main hwy.

Simple thing- no mail slot to return metal key.

when our first room had a few issues I spoke with the manager and he fixed the situation right away

Air conditioner

Literally nothing. It was one of the most horrible places I've ever seen.

I'm not sure how to phrase this so it doesn't get rejected. I walked in and walked right out. The place reeks of cigarettes (I asked for non smoking). There were holes in the walls. The toilet seat was all ripped up. Stains on the lampshade (HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?). Stains in the bathtub. Stains on the rug. A cloud of flies greeted me when I walked in and followed me out the door. I didn't dare lift up the sheets, but I'm sure a spritz of luminol would've lit this place up like a christmas tree. This is a "residence" hotel, which means that people live there. It's SUPER SKETCHY, and I'm really not picky when it comes to quickie overnight stays on a cross-country trip. That said, this was the WORST motel I've ever seen in my life, and I killed a cockroach that was bigger than my shoe at a motel once in San Diego. I asked for my money back at the Super 8 next door (same owners, so there's no staff on the Western Trail property site). The woman at the desk didn't look surprised... I'm sure I wasn't the first and I'm sure I won't be the last. RUN AWAY. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.

The location

The rooms were gross. We had coloring all over the walls, the rooms smelt like urine, air conditioning didnt work so we had to switch rooms, go the to the next room and the tv didnt work. We had some weird purple wax stain running down the wall in the bathroom behind the door. Several holes in the walls
