Breakfast was ok

We were booked for the second floor and there was no elevator. Was not told we could switch to a first floor room until after my children had been in the room and then should have to pay extra to switch.

I did not swim or try other amenities, but the building was nice, clean and comfortable.

Nothing stands out.

Breakfast was okay.

The 1st room smelled so bad like ciggerets and mold we had to switch rooms the next room the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. 3rd room again smelled so bad we decided to go back to the second room. The maintenance guy was able to fix the toilet. Within a few hours. I didn't want to over complain the smell was horrible from the "fix" we just aired the room out best we could. Floors were so dirty it was gross there was so much chlorine in the pool yours eyes burned the second you got in the water. The staff however was friendly. But offered nothing else besides switching rooms multiple times. It's a little outside of town was quite. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

didn’t feel clean, clean. two minutes walking around the room and my feet were black - washed feet and put shoes back on. like it’s not that hard to mop the hard floors there was no carpet also your EV car chargers didn’t work and we came for a Tesla event, fix those
