I was warned before I checked in about the noise from outside and had to sign a waiver that I would not be granted a refund due to the noise. The noise issue is something that needs to be addressed before booking the room! My key card didn't work for the room and when I left from the parking garage, it wouldn't work there either. I had to call for assistant because I could not leave.

The hotel was beautiful

We were told one price got there to pay and was told to pay less and made our payment. Today when we checked out, we were told that we actually owed more , no one explain anything to us about. Management was terrible some staff tried to help us friday when we arrived but today when we checked out the staff was awful a big disappointment and also was not told about we had to pay for parking!
