Quick service...some amenities existed...trouble with TV Controller had to be replaced from another room...everything else OK....Construction workers drinking beer and noise, not a problem...Had to access newer part of Hotel for ICE...Machine broke....no problem...Breakfast good...Thanks.

The staff was accommodating

We booked a king room, but was given a queen room upon arrival. The gentleman at the desk was very kind, but ultimately couldn't help me. The hotel was overbooked for graduation and apparently there were plumbing issues to deal with as well. Not their fault and just inconvenient.

Carpet was old and felt dirty to bare feetcondition. l was run down and not usable. The air-conditioned was noisy so we left it off most of the time. The elevator was dirty and old.

The rooms were dingy and still smelled like cigarette smoke for a non smoking room. Both my wife and I got a massive spider bite

The room had been updated and was very nice.

There was a sign saying the pool was closed and in repair. The pool was still closed and I saw no work started or being done on the pool. I don't think it will be repaired and I was so looking forward to a cool swim. The TV, microwave and fridge were unplugged. We had to call management to come plug them in because we couldn't get to the plug in. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I told the manager and he acted like he wasn't aware of it. It was unplugged and looked like it hadn't worked in a while. Very inconvenient for old peole.
