Checked in came in room. Beds made but no towels no soap nothing. Hair in bathtub. I don’t like to complain. But we left and came back with towels and a clean tub. Why in the world would u check me in if room wasn’t completely clean. When we came back I went to get towels and soap after we seen some one had came in I went back. Yes I finally complained. Staff was rude. I’m sure nothing will be done. It would have probably been a great stay if things where done probably

Nice, clean well worth the money. Staff was helpful. The nicest part was a elevator to go to the second floor. People our age are grateful.

There seems to be more people around the parking lot especially at night. This makes for very uncomfortable feeling. This number has increased from last year. I don't know if these are paying customers or homeless individuals. They are unclean in their appearance and it did not appear to be of a working situation. Almost every time we used the stairway, someone was hanging around and we felt uneasy as we needed to get past these individuals. I would like a reply as to future plans concerning this matter as this will be important to us making future reservations for this location. Thank you

I checked in around 2:30am and still had to check out the next morning. I feel as if I deserve a complimentary stay bc the bathroom was NOT clean! There was hair everywhere in and around the shower, the shower curtain was mildew and sour and the bathtub was not draining, the water from my shower was collecting around my ankles!

No microwaves in the rooms ...I have to have a microwave for my daughters therapy bag to be heated. I had to make trips back and forth to the vending room downstsirs

Woke up and the cops were there. Came back after dinner and the cops, fire truck and ambulance were there again! The “dog walk” where you are supposed to take your dogs was absolutely disgusting. No one cleans that area, filled with feces everywhere. took my dog to the front of the hotel instead. We booked a non-smoking room and as soon as we walked in it reeked of cigarette smoke. I had some Febreeze in my car and used it but didn’t help. There were even signs all over the room saying at 100% smoke free. Floors in our room were sticky and the bathroom (toilet and shower room) were barely cleaned.
