The breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels I have stayed at. A little disappointing.

I hate to complain, but some issues need to be discussed. we found blood on the outside of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom, reddish brown stains on the comforter, chipped and peeling pots and pans, food splatter on the walls in the kitchenette, a tub drain that wouldn’t stay down, continental breakfast was seriously lacking, no carts to help move luggage into the building. I’m seriously taken back by our stay here. For all the Covid protocols, where are the protocols to keep people from getting exposed to random peoples bodily fluids? I’m way more worried about blood exposure than Covid exposure. maybe fix those things first.

The room was very clean and the hotel parking is big. The staff is friendly.
The room faced the highway and was VERY noisy. Avoid if possible, it’s loud even with ear plugs.You can as well leave the windows open - they don’t reduce the noise at all!! The A/C was extremely loud and old , it took 2 hours(!!) for the room to warm up to 74 with A/C working on the warm mode, again, adding up to the outside noise. No sleep at night as a result. Not staying here again.

The full-size microwave was nice. The check-in was quick.
Rock hard beds! Couldn't sleep at all due to how uncomfortable the bed was. My husband, who prefers firm mattresses couldn't sleep either! Very poor wifi. Breakfast provided was oatmeal packets to take back and make in your room 😑

The breakfast was a joke the company advirtised a free breakfast offer was packaged oatmeal but no milk available the only edible item was a banana

The outside patio were we barbecued and sat by the fireplace. The pool was closed during our stay they were trying to get it open before we left . It didn’t happen but we were fine . The kids were not though , they wanted to swim and probably drove the staff nuts .
The breakfast wasn’t breakfast it was a fruit breakfast bar a banana an oatmeal . We all like waffles bacon , eggs juice milk . That’s the best part about staying in these hotels. Why can’t the have someone make waffles and serve on to plates so guests won’t germ it up . They’re definitely making money on this deal .
