Comfortable beds!

Shower head was not working and drain was clogged. Notified the front desk staff but never happened or been promised to happen, disappointing for an advertising “nicer” place.

The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time we got there to the time we left! We also loved the location and the view from the waterfront room!

I liked the location that’s about it

This place is not family oriented nor do they like it when people are having fun. They will just go inside and turn off the gas to the fireplaces if they don’t want you hanging out.

Shower was nice but doesnt close

Hot tub wasn't working, and kind of the only reason I picked this place.

Everything. Fantastic shower. Comfy beds. Good selection of TV channels. Lots of food choices nearby. And shortbread cookies! Yum.

room service was very affordable and was delivered at the time requested and the meal was very good.

Expresso machine was out of order so I did not get my Latte with room service, but there is a small coffee pot in the room and coffee provided so I just had to make my own coffee.

We had a great view of the lake and the room was clean :)

When we arrived at the hotel, we felt like we were being told off a bit. As in what will happen if we damage the room, if our car alarm goes off, if we take something from the basket.... And didn't have a more "welcoming" arrival
