It was a terrible decision to book this place, the room was horrible , the service was pathetic, the receptionist was super super rude . tThe whole place was dirt, the room smelled very bad

Nothing about this hotel matched the description as posted on Booking.com. When checking in I had a confirmed booking for a ADA compliant room (1st floor), however the hotel clerk assigned us to a 3rd floor room, when asked about it he said the manager changed the booking...without explanation. We stayed one night, when we went out to pick up our rental car and we returned to our room we found a major water leak. The room had not been cleaned and when my wife asked about some clean towels at the very least, she was told to use the laundry to wash them herself. When I approached the hotel manager about the water leak, she said she would have one of her maintenance staff look at it, he came up and said the best he could do was dry the floor the best he could and come back later to check to see if he could find the leak. I then requested to have us assigned a different room, since the room we were in was not livable, she declined saying that since she had assigned a maintenance person to look into the issue, that she was not "Obligated to do anything else!! When I then told her that because of the condition of the room was vastly sub-par and that her and her staff's attitudes were so bad and the room assigned to us was not livable that we felt that we could no longer stay at this hotel, she told us that there would be no refund for the 6 additional nights left on our booking/reservation! Imagine it, being assigned a room that is basically unlivable and one could say on par with slum conditions and told no refunds.

Everything, the one night we stayed a major leak occurred. The management refused to put us into another room. forcing us to book into another hotel and denying us a pro-rated refund for the days we did not stay. My wife was told that if we wanted clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves. The hotel is in the process of renovation and was in disarray. In my opinion this hotels' description on Booking.com was fraudulent! I am going to report them to the Government Agency (State of Florida) in a attempt to force a pro-rated refund.

We did not stay there. We canceled the reservation as soon as we arrived. It was in a very bad location. The rooms had a bad smell. The ac did not work in one of the rooms. We checked out right after going in the rooms. I am still waiting on a refund. We booked 4 rooms but did not stay in any of them.
