dirty bed linen, hotel with filthy hallways and dirty elevator, they didn't change towels, they didn't clean the room or make the bed horrible

It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The property is so old and not having a microwave and fridge is not good…

They carpet was wet. There were mold on the shower curtain. They room was filled with roaches the tub was dirty the drain was clogged and the mattress was dented in

The room smelled of must and mold. Carpet was filthy furnishings were like b thrift store items. The property lot flooded needed to drive through six inches of standing water.

Had a pool but not clean close to where our family is that’s why we picked this location
No breakfast to speak of no vent fan in the bathroom.

There was no breakfast. The coffee was terrible. The was very bad. Leaking the bathroom. Mold in the corners of the ceiling. I reported it but nothing was done. There was too much noise from the other rooms. The only good thing was the shower was very hot n nice n relaxing.
Fixed the leaks in the room. Get rid of mold in the ceiling n paint the whole place inside and out especially.

The location
We had to get a different room because the AC was not working the shower in the next room. We got the water did not go down fast so use bathing in your own filth. The mirror was broken it smelt in the rooms it seem dirty.

It did not feel safe. I actually left and stayed elsewhere. Once you left the lobby, everything was in a state of disrepair. The steps were unsafe; every exterior door needed to be painted; litter around premises. Poorly maintained.

I did not like anything about this property.It was all very very bad. I have never been so afraid in my life. I was almost attacked in parking lot. Why is booking.com listing this property? It's a nightmare.
There weren't anything to like about this property.It's not safe at all. Please for your saftey do not stay here.

The staff was really nice and helpful.
Clean for the most part.
We got out into 3 different rooms as the first one had a broken tv that looked like someone threw something at it, scuffs on the wall and such, the 2nd room also had a broken tv then the 3rd room we got didn't have a fridge or microwave.
The property didn't accept cash, we had to put our stay on a credit card instead.

This hotel is terrible. It is dirty, looks like it has never seen a paintbrush. The promised breakfast was a muffin, big deal!
