Beim Einchecken keinerlei Info wann zum Beispiel Frühstück ist oder das man kostenlos Kaffe und Getränke in der Lobby bekommt. Oder wo man sein Zimmer findet. Kaffee beim Frühstück erst nach ca 20 Minuten nachgefüllt.

Close to South Portland Shopping. The staff did offer us a second room after we discovered our first one was filthy.

Our room was dirty. The floor and surfaces were dirty, so we checked the mattress. There were stains and pubic hairs all over the mattress. Price is high for a hotel that does not have a pool or gym. This is a basic room with basic breakfast, and the pressure and reflect that.

I liked the location based on the reason for the visit. We had a funeral in Buxton and family arriving at the Portland-Westbrook Airport and Amtrak station and it made it convenient to get them. We wanted to visit Pine Point, Portland Headlight and Dimillos in Portland. All of these places were less than 20 minutes away. The room rate was reasonable for a double queen. ($160-$180 range) I appreciate that a continental breakfast with variety is available in the room cost. I sent the front desk a document to print and they kindly printed it at no charge.

The first impression wasn’t great because of the trash piled up outside the building by the breakfast room doors. There are cigarette butts along the driveway next to the building. The wallpaper in the halls is bubbling and peeling. The paint job in the bathroom doesn’t look professional with two different colors. The runner rug ( which is a nice Maine lighthouse theme has stains. I didn’t like the fake egg omelets for breakfast. The hotel has no water fountains for refillable water bottles. I heard a violent interaction between guests, which scared me enough to call the front desk. The landline phone works sporadically when I called the front desk to report my concerns.
