The first room we were put into was not clean. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor a s*** handprint on the wall going into the bathroom someone else's dirty nasty underwear and socks left in a drawer stains of who knows what on the carpet definitely not worth the $114 and some change

The staff at the front desk were very helpful despite the late check in.
I was told that I did not have a reservation when I first checked in with the front desk at around 3 am following a delayed flight. I got the last available room which had been cleaned after the previous guest but not restocked.

When you first walk in. I see that the room has been updated.
With a closer look of my room. The carpet had stains in it. Which if I had to guess. I would think it was a feces stain or a coffee deep stain. 🤔 I should not have to guess. The shower curtain was dirty. We had a room on the 1st floor. So the windows do not lock. I could slide the windows open from outside. If someone wanted to get into the room while sleeping or during the day. They could slide the window open.
The thing is, we checked in the room after 12am. So we were tired from driving. We brought some of the issues up. After we showered to the night person at the desk. He said he will leave notes and switch us to a higher floor. In the morning. The major complaints was the shower curtain and carpet at that time. In the morning, with management, they gave a issue about moving us to a new room. They came to the room to see the carpet and shower curtain. We open the blinds and then the window to give more light in the room for the stains in the carpet. That was when we realized the windows do not locked. Since management decided to just change the shower curtain and stuck a skinny stick to keep the window locked. We decided to check out. Our stay was supposed to be for 9 days. We stayed 1 night. Got another hotel.

Battery in door was dead had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to change them and on my last night I had to get my card entered again because it wouldn’t work every time I had to do this I had to go all the way down the hall to the elevator and go downstairs

Bed was comfortable and clean bedding. Was flying out the next day so didn't get to do much. Was great place to stay for airport for sure.

The room was big and spacious, I got a king suite and was alone and only one face towel was provided but had me and my husband gone together, we would have had to ask for another face towel. Check in was good and my bathroom, vanity room and bed all seemed clean. I’d stay here again for sure.
Just like the other reviews state, the hallways were dirty and it’s only 3 floors in the hotel so I don’t understand why they can’t keep them vacuumed

Poor housekeeper!!! So dirty. Sheets had stains. Dirt balls and trash on floor. Had to change rooms as initial room was filthy. Replacement room just as bad. Stayed bc of extended parking. More expensive than air port. Shuttle didn’t run at night so had to pay Uber to get our car. Horrible!!!

the linen on the bed had blood stains pillow slips were blood stained along with the comforter went and got more linen it was the same blood stained the front desk person Kelpt giving us blood stained linen ask her she knows finall she moved us to another room with queen beds instead of a king like I asked for a receipt didn’t get one front desk sucked on 3 rd shift I told the fellow I don’t need my room cleaned for Saturday housekeeping came in there anyway I wanted a discount on what happened Friday night they just looked at me who wants to lay on bloody stained linen

Very dirty! Blood on the shower curtain and burns on the carpet. Towels were laundered but had stains. Greasy handprints everywhere. Arrived at 2:15 and they wanted to charge me $40.00 extra to check in before 3 PM.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and neat. No odors or anything nasty. It was very quiet and we had no disturbances of any kind.
There were no towels. There were 3 of us and there was only like one hand towel. I sent one of the kids with me to ask for towels, and they didn't have any at that time, but told him they would bring some. Awhile later and no towels, so I sent him out again. I had needed 3 towels and 3 wash cloths. He came back with 2 washcloths. I ended up having to have him take the decorative part of the bedding from his bed and used that to dry off. I had to use both washcloths, one to block the drain and one to wash myself. I was very irked about the entire thing. How are the rooms not already stocked with towels?

modern. the hotel was clean and comfortable.
there was not a breakfast at this hotel and no vending machines either.
