I did like the idea of being able to have breakfast in the morning. Room was clean bed was fine,

Microwave did not work, Smelled like something was burning. Did report it and they were good about writing it down. Room was a lot more expensive than the last time I stayed there.

This property is in desperate need of upgrade, carpet is worn, doesn't look clean, curtains shredded, furniture worn, chipped, not looking terribly clean. Sort of trashy. Reserved a 2-queen bed room but on checkin they tried to force us to take a king.

I didn’t intend to get a accessible room. The bathroom set up was so poor. Even if I needed wheelchair access to the sink I would want some counter atriums tie sink. 4 days of getting in and out if my bag was not comfortable! put a little stand alone table next to the sink / something!! Also one elevator and only 2 carts to transport luggage. We are in our 70’s and had to manage hauling all our luggage in multiple trips since people were evidently hoarding the baggage cart. The hall carpet was pretty disgusting too,

The front desk clerk was not friendly at check in. The price was too high.

At night, there are a lot of questionable people wondering outside. The TV did not work, it said it had no signal. Breakfast ends early, so we didn't get a chance to try it. Walls are very thin and can hear whole conversations from other rooms.

the breakfast are is limited, can’t host enough users simultaneously, it was crowded and ended up eating stating

The check in was short, room was clean, beds were comfortable, restroom had a tub!

I didn't like that the television was stuck on the Hallmark Channel!!!!
