Stayed for weekend in January. Hotel was great. Very clean. Smelled good. Staff was amazing, anything we needed they supplied asap. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach.

Rented hotel for indoor pool, however unable to use it. There was no heat and staff was not able to turn it up or raise the temp in the pool area.

Super friendly, funny, and helpful front desk person. We also liked that there was a laundry room available, weight room, and indoor pool. And liked the amenities provided in the main entrance/living room. It was a very comfortable sitting area with modern fireplace and TV, and my son loved it. They also sold snacks and drinks and a few other items.

The indoor swimming pool was freezing, which was a big disappointment. The breakfast room had run out of eggs when we were there around 8:30/9 a.m. which were not replaced (breakfast ends at 10 a.m.), and the trash was overflowing, so we took our trash back to our room to throw away. Our room had a strange smell.

Loved the location. Room was spacious and clean.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the sheets/comforter were very thin.

Breakfast not enough selection. No towels or bath mat in our room upon arrival. Shower did not drain well and shower curtain smelled gross. Had to go and obtain toilet paper.

Everything. The pictures are very deceiving. If I could give negative stars I would. The room has no circulation and smelled like the feet of every human who stayed in that room. There was a blood stain on the floor or what looked like blood. Little red spots on the carpet. The bathroom was horrible and the tub didn’t drain properly. So you had to take a shower and a bath at the same time. It smelled like someone was smoking as soon as I walked in and pretty the entire time. I checked out as soon as there was daylight because I couldn’t stay a minute longer. And I never slept well cuz I could breathe. The air was musty and suffocating.

Quick walk to the beach. Pool was okay but had a lot of sand at the bottom.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Previous guest belongings in the room. No housekeeping since Covid. No extra pillows, blankets. Under staffed. Breakfast was cereal, bagels and toast. Hotel workers no where to be found except one gentleman names Steve who was trying to accommodate but didn’t have the means.

Great location, we walked to the Beach, close to many restaurants, comfy, spacious and clean rooms, very good breakfast service, friendly and attentive staff.

Very clean and the customer service was great. I loved that we were so close to Dewey. It was a 10 minute walk from our hotel to the main drag of Dewey. Which was very convenient.

The shower faucet was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

The smell of chlorine that hits you everytime we walked in the building or came out of our room.

I truly appreciated the desk clerk (Abbey} she answered all my questions and made recommendations of restaurants, and printed directions that we used to find our destination.

The pool was closed when we arrived but was open the next afternoon.

The breakfast area was very clean not enough juice options no protein options or bacon sausages

The air conditioner and heater was old and noises the entrance to the shower was blocked by the toilet a bit dangerous

The staff was fantastic especially Abby and John! Breakfast was good.

The rooms were very dated. The rug was frayed where it met the tile and stained. The bathroom needs to be updated. We also had only hand towels and had to go get the rest for our family.

Room was big, comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast was great!

Cold pool, staff did not give extra towels when asked, houskeeping did not answer phone.

We were put in a handicapped room but neither of us are handicapped. Since it was a handicap room, the shower head was designed to slide up and down, but it did not work well so it was hard to keep the shower head from moving. There was no space in the bathroom for toiletries, travel bags, etc. No one came in to empty the waste baskets. Housekeeping never checked the room. There we children in the hallway at night who were not supervised so it was very loud.

noisy you could hear traffic on route 1 if you’re in the front side of hotel and hotel doors close loudly.

Good location, plenty of parking, VERY friendly and helpful staff.

Only complaint I could say is the ice machine was broke on our floor.
