Room was dated. Bed was comfortable. Nice TV.

Shower stream was very weak.

the covers were not washed at all. just reversed everything was filthy trash was still in room from last customers.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. It smelled of mold and mildew. The elevator was unstable. The bathrooms are set up awkwardly. It was very disappointing for the price I paid.

Friendliness of Staff. Parking area was good. Location on that street is not. We were told by an Uber driver that there is a lot of drugs, prostitution and even murders happening in that area. So much so that a hotel right down the street was condemned.

Many broken tiles, walls with holes. Telephone in room did not work as it had no cord to attach to wall. Could not call front desk, could not use the phone at all. When we walked up and told them at the front they said a maintenance man would come by and fix. No one ever showed. Batteries falling out of remote bec there was no back to it and not taped in place. Bathroom was dirty especially the air filter and vent from AC, thick and caked with dust and dirt which was disgusting.

I didn’t eat there seen a big black water bug crawling in personality.

I had to switch three rooms before I got a room that works AC didn’t work toilet didn’t work no towels no bath cloth in the room.

Location

Roaches where in the tub. Ceiling paint was peeling. Mode on the ceiling. Ac was not working that good. I didn't complain bcz it was late anyways.

Our room was clean, the kids loved swimming in their pool, it’s located in a nice area, convenient to shopping, and 20 minutes from Jacksonville Beach.

Their Wi-Fi is currently not working well and their website advertised a gym which they don’t have, and their hot tub is broken.
