Location and price were the best parts.

The facilities were run down. They need to be cleaned better. Room A/C was not working well. Trash was thrown all over the parking lot. No on was availble in the the lobby when I tried to check out.

Tv didn’t work,half the lights in the room didn’t work, didn’t get into room until 5:30 pm because it hadn’t been cleaned so I waited a couple hours until that was done.

No breakfast, no cable, my room didn’t have an ice box, the smell, poor Wi-Fi connection, very very limited staff. You have to pay $10 for a roll of toilet paper, and $10 for clean towels.

the property had roaches, people hanging out smoking and etc, The office was closed at 5 and no was there to help us with our tv, we didn’t use the tv at all all night and the next morning the staff blamed us

Room was clean and looked recently remodeled. No carpet. Smelled good.

When we first arrived there was nobody at front desk. We left and came back an hour later. Had to text a number to get a link to check in even though there were 2 people at front desk. Girl at desk had a bad attitude. Bring your own pillows cause there's were awful.

The staff is non existent after check in. You want someone well you will be waiting by the front desk for over 45 minutes. The charge for everything. They charge for room cleaning, more shampoo, and towels.

Parking my car right in front of my room. the property was close to a major freeway.

The hotel asked that I go online and put in a $100 refundable security deposit using my credit card. I was charged $3.99 for the $100 deposit. When I arrived at the premises the entrance door to the office was locked. A security guard was outside the office and he took me in the back door and gave me my key. I was told not to leave my room between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am as it could be dangerous. There was no one to greet or help.
