The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes even we had a non smoking room . Requested extra towels and got an attitude. Really?? Why can't I have an extra towel?? The curtain had mold, the room at night you couldn't breath because it smelled like cigarettes

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The sheets had burn holes in them and the towels smelled. The room wasn’t clean.

The staff was rude. The room was filthy. I asked for sheets & was given three separate sets. each set has food or stains on them.

Kelly was absolutely amazing to us! our room was clean and smelled clean. our pillows had plastic wrap before the pillow case which was a lovely touch. they made sure to put us far away from the sports team that was staying there as well. I love the security: Kelly told us where to park so we would be in view of the security cameras and in order to get into the hotel you need your room key. I really can’t say enough good things.

Had room 101. Staff very competent. Room a little small. Heat kept coming on and off. Bed comfortable.

I was a quiet property and located in a nice area.

The lobby was closed during the entire stay and I had to conduct all my business via a “night window” at the side of the lobby. Booking.com states that breakfast was included, but none was ever available that I could see. The room was a bit dated and could have been cleaned more properly. The heating/cooling unit caused the smoke detector to activate once and deposited trash on the floor around it and on the edge of the nearby bed.

The customer service.....Ms.Kelly! Absolutely the best customer service rep I've ever had! So polite...attentive...service with a smile. Thank you Ms. Kelly for everything!!😉😀
