The beds were ABSOLUTELY Amazing!!! Room was very clean. There were plenty of pillows in the room for us as we like to have a lot of them. The staff were friendly. We will definitely use this hotel again when back in the area!

Nice after-hours staff

First stay (last weekend, when my father-n-law passed away) was a fair experience, but when booking for a second stay to attend his funeral, in order to check in early, I would be charged an additional $35. Plus, I still have NOT gotten my $100 hold fee back on my card from the first stay. So, I booked elsewhere.

Nice Location and Friendly staff

Our room could’ve been cleaner. They left the cleaning rags on the sink balled up and dirty. We traveled with 10 kids and a big draw was the indoor pool. They closed the pool when we arrived due to algae. The hot breakfast was not provided like advertised o. the website at booking. The hot trays/warmers were out but no food.

The location was great. Not too far from the event or other activities/restaurants.

You can hear everything the people in the next room or people in the hallway are doing, even just talking. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows are strangely small. The towels are very cheap and barely wrap around an average adult.
