Beds were comfortable. Not bad for few options available...wished there had been hot chocolate packages at breakfast.

Could hear people walking around above us. Could hear anyone around us taking showers. Our shower sprayed clear across the bathroom. Toilet seat was broken...ran out of kleenex. Trains were loud...no mention of trains nearby on the booking site. A/C loud; fridge loud. Breakfast: Told clerk the waffle mix wasn't coming out...she opened the door, shut it and walked away. Took forever to get enough to make 3/4 waffle. Creamer cups were all expired. Told clerk...she took them to the back room, came back out with full bowl...all had the same expired dates as before! Had severe weather two different nights and clerk first night couldn't tell us the tornado warning plan. Staff was very hard to understand.

Wall paper that had been painted over was peeling off the walls. Had a horrible smell. Said it had a pool and hot tub but it was closed and had been closed for over a year.

Hot tub/pool out of order....and I do not think will ever be put back into use again for a long time...it's fell of box for god knows what...and they never mentioned that in booking.com description...also new to update pictures...many of the drop ceiling tiles where missing....in our room (227)the air conditioner leaked condensation on the carpet in front of the window under the air conditioning unit...so the carpet was wet... Everything seemed very dated...the room was fairly clean...the elevator had handprints all over the stainless steel... A reserved a room with a whirlpool but did not receive one... Unfortunately I did not take the time to take pictures 😞

The breakfast was ok.

The hotel needs a major remodel of rooms. They were dirty, and looks like some mold around the window and on ceiling, broken tile in bathroom, phone and night stand was dirty, carpet dirty and saw some bugs. The details of the hotel stated there was a pool and hot tub, but it was closed and filled with boxes. It was an indoor pool.

They did everything to work with me on trying to cancel my rooms a week ahead of time but booking.com was still going to charge me so they treat my family wonderful when they checked in

The bed

The bed was the only thing clean. The bathroom, all counters in the room were super dirty. I did not know that was even the girl working there. She was not dressed professional, did not act professional and too busy hanging out with friends in the lounge when we came in.

The breakfast was good and the room was nice

The pool and hot tub was closed. Was shown in use in the pics.
