TV malfunctioning.

Love the cleanliness of the hotel, they have the nicest sweetest desk clerk. Hotel was quiet even tho in a busy area.

Pillows were too soft. Kept sliding between the gaps between the bed and the wall

Thermostat broken. Room key never worked. Heater in bathroom didn’t work . Four pillows per bed - all hard

Very old facility. Rooms were clean, air con was bad and outdated. Staff was friendly, but there was not any place to buy extras like chips, soda, water etc.

The location was perfect for where we were going, the bed was comfortable and loved the pillows, the staff was so friendly and it was overall a great experience

We booked it for the purpose of having a pool to swim during the day and the pool was cloudy and closed we couldn’t even lay out beside it and there was no sign that said it was closed sadly

The room smelled very strong of mold & mildew. So much that it gave me a headache. The room we were in was right next to the stairwell where there was mold growing all over the wall which was adjacent to the wall in our room. Condensation was leaking under said wall into our room where it was causing baseboard to disconnect from the wall. There was black mold growing behind it. The phone in the room was not in working order. No rooms were available to switch. Canceled our stay for 2nd night & had to pay quite a bit more for a decent room elsewhere. Will not go to this Comfort Inn ever again.

It had a bad smell and they put me in a room that had an adjoining room door. I hate those types of rooms.
