Convienent, clean, homie

L'emplacement était proche de toutes les commodités, les restaurants, loisirs, musées et bateaux. Le déjeuner de l'hôtel répondait très bien a nos attentes. Le personnel très sympathique, professionnel et attentif a nos besoins. La chambre était très propre ainsi que toutes les commodités de l'hôtel. Nous avons vécu un problème concernant notre véhicule et le propriétaire de l'hôtel nous a été d'un grand secours. Il nous a conduit a un centre de location de véhicule et nous a accompagné tout le long du processus.

Aucun commentaire négatif concernant notre séjour. Plus que satisfait de l'ensemble de notre séjour.

The hotel owner chose to express his political affiliation by displaying his politics at the hotel property. This made us feel very unwelcome. Apparently the owner was not knowledgeable on the franchise policy of not displaying ANY political affiliation on the property itself. The hotel is NOT the place for displaying political slogans or agenda. If the hotel owner choose to cater to certain sections of the population it should be noted upfront in the hotel description and let the potential customer decide for themselves if they want to stay at said establishment.

The breakfast was good. The location was great! The facility itself was very nice, clean and I love the fire pit, I sat for a bit!

I would have preferred to have a microwave in the room instead of having to go outside to warm up my food.

Location was great. Room was very clean. Noise was not an issue. Liked the fire pit and breakfast was good.

Bed was a little hard, pillows were a little too soft. Coffee was a little weak. Overall none of those things would prevent us from staying again. All minor preferences.

Location and exterior were great.

Had an accessible room which required stairs to access. When we arrived toilet bowl was not clean. As my elderly mother with physical limitations was trying to set up her CPAP machine we discovered none of the outlets near the bed(4) were functional. Called front desk and their resolution was first to string an extension cord, that my mother would likely trip over if she got up in unfamiliar surroundings...the second was she sleep with her head at the end of the bed so the nightstand could be placed at the one outlet that worked. Ultimately we switched rooms at 10:00 pm. Once settled we realized the thermostat was not functioning and even set at 85 the room would not rise above 65. Will never visit again.

Very clean place. House keeping was great. Rooms looked fresh.

The entire place is beautiful & comfortable with great staff!
