Property is always clean.

I prefer being able to park in the back parking lot of Shoney’s restaurant, rather than the back side of the hotel where I’d have to walk around to the front, without the fear of my car being towed. Safety is a priority for me since I’ve seen homeless people and drug addicts walking in the dimly lit parking lot behind the hotel

It was close to the highway. It had a great breakfast which was constantly tended to. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly.

The carpets looked dirty in the rooms. I prefer the bathroom sink to be outside the bathroom so one other person could get ready at the same time.

Not much to like. Didn't even have hot water at beverage center every day for three days.

Check in delayed till 4:15, and even though I had a reservation was told I was "lucky" to get a room. Advertised beautiful indoor pool and decent fitness center. Pool was closed and fitness room had 3 pieces of equipment 2 of which were not working. No air conditioning either. Whirlpool in room very nice but after filling up and using brown disgusting slime all over. Carpet in hallway was atrociously filthy.

The staff who checked me in was super friendly and attentive. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe at the hotel. The breakfast bar was fabulous and had some items to grab and go or you could make yourself some waffles, toast, bagels… I would recommend to a friend and stay again.

I did not like the cleaning people this morning asking if I was out of my room or not. It was before 9:30am as breakfast was still open. The guy at the desk this morning getting the receipt I asked for he just said sure and it took about 3 minutes to print and stood there in silence.

Didn't give you enough towels pool was closed very disappointed about that. Breakfast host just keep complaining about being understaffed.

The staff was really nice. Great customer service.

I was place in one room that was humid. I told the front desk and they offered another room and it was more comfortable. the tv in the second room didn’t work but at least it wasn’t humid.
