Dull ambience. After 3 nights all family members got rash Breakfast corner was mess with cereal on the floor. Stained and dirty couches. Most uncomfortable breakfast table and chairs! 1 waffle maker made longer wait times. Substandard breakf

Bella the desk clerk was the only shining light in this nightmare.

Room 307: air conditioner was broken. Moved to another room. Room 316: awoke to repugnant odor and sewer gases coming from sink. Tub backed up and the shower curtain had mildew. Small red specs on the bedroom wall looked like blood splatter. Toilet seat was broken. Given yet another room. Room 315 was not the King Suite we had paid for. It had 2 Queen beds which could only be accessed from between the beds since they were so close to the walls. The tub in this room also backed up. The bathroom door had apparently been punched in and repaired and painted poorly.

The staff is very friendly and was helpful during all occasions, the 24hrs front desk is a plus point.

The breakfast was bit to be desired could have had more choices , The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy one of the best beds for a Hotel . The show was clean and had great water pressure !

We wish we would have been told that the pool was not going to be open while we were there ! And few of the staff was hard to under stand and some I dont think could speak English or understand it . But there was a young Girl at the front desk on Sat the 24th for the evening shift sorry dont know her name but she was Very helpful and a joy to talk to she was the Best of all of the staff we came in contact with while we were there hope you commend her for a job well done Please !!!

Room was very clean and spacious. Had a variety of foods for breakfast.

We booked here because of the pool. When we went to swim we were told it was closed. Couldn't tell us why or even when it would be opened back up.

Breakfast was really good. Hotel was super clean, resturant was amazing, and staff very nice
