Neet and clean as always with comfort suites.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as they usually are at comfort suites. Prices have gone up. The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were powdered eggs, sausage was rubbery. We have stayed at many comfort suites and this time was no where near as good of an experience.

Extremely friendly staff, the property is very clean and secure, the inside was kept up beautifully, and the rooms were spacious and also clean. The hot breakfast was delicious! And was very appreciative of the hotel being able to accommodate us with a wheelchair accessible room.
The location can be a little confusing to get to when you’re having to take the legendary Waco Circle. Visitors who are not familiar with it could have a harder time getting to the property

Location and the front desk guy is awesome! We've stayed twice and he helped us both times. Sorry I didn't get his name.
The rates were considerably higher this time, but it was during spring break.

nice staff, easy check in and out, check in staff was accommodating and considerate, has mini fridge, small microwave oven, hair blower, nice hot breakfast, although quite crowded space but it’s okay, easy to find location
quite noisy as can hear running cars at night maybe because it is right by the road, lamp post light coming into the room and no blackout curtains to fully cover windows, bed is not quite comfortable although room is clean
