very near to where I work. The room was clean and equipped with the basic things I needed for my stay.

No coffee or coffee maker in room

When I called about 2 days before to confirm they had never heard of me. When I got angry they did some checking and gave me a reservation with a new confirmation number. Communication between you and the hotel needs to improve. I don't think there was a breakfast, just a table for coffee next the check in desk.. Disappointed in no coffee in room.

Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Side exit door wouldn't open with key card. Had to go around to the front to get back in.

Breakfast was acceptable. Room was very nice with kitchen add on. Gigi was very helpful in relaying information to me as I have never stayed at one of your facilities before this week. Overall, this facility is very nice. In addition, Gigi and the support staff is quite wonderful and gave me every item I needed to feel at home.

I understand you have a freezer and full refrigerator, but ice machine would be helpful occasionally for families who are visiting and an in house gym would be a super addition. Plus, I think you need to advertise this facility on social media as it is excellent to stay at for extended periods of time. I hope to see you next year for the WACO charity invitational disc golf championship.

Easy check in place was in good condition

The heater to the room didn't work the lady from the office tried to help me but couldn't get it to work I would have appreciated a slight refund but all the technician said was I hope yall didn't freeze to death and I was like it was cold if it was colder I would have moved to another room.

Like the staff, they’re extremely helpful.

Cleanliness can improve, a lot of built up dust in air conditioning filter and ducts.

Staff person Gigi is very warm and helpful. Room has a small kitchen to make simple meals.

The shower head is plugged. Show water is not warm enough. Bath towels are the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. Grab n go breakfasts should be clearly noted. Compare to the Extended Stay in Tulsa OK, this is a disappointment.

The receptionist was so nice and on point

Location was great. Staff was friendly but limited in what they could do to make our stay better.

I booked a king suite, but hotel put me in a double claiming that reservations through a third party are not guaranteed. We get to our room and the floor is filthy, the toilet has not been cleaned and the kitchen stove is disgusting. The dinning table/desk had no chairs. Why have a kitchen if you have to sit on the bed to eat? Of course if you wanted to actually use the kitchen you had to ask the front desk for pots pans plates etc. Also no coat hangers in the room. My room was near the back door which was locked but other guests kept propping the door open with rocks. And the free breakfast was a joke. They have coffee, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Both days I was there they ran out of coffee and one day they ran out of hot water to make oatmeal.
