Was no breakfast, 5 days no hot water, to expensive

The location was good and rooms were clean.

The hot water heater was broken so I could not stay there. Please refund my money.

Proximity to my sisters home. Spacious room, refrigerator,microwave, bathtub

The reception counter's plexiglass and low seating reads 'we are a high crime area and eye contact is a risk'. Of course that's the 'worst case' scenario. Eliminate the plexiglass then raise the desk then provide the receptionist a stool. That would greatly improve customer/greeter connection by creating a warmer welcome. The room needed seating 'for 2' area. Adding a simple matching club chair and small table between offers another spot for guests to cozy up without getting into bed. A coffee maker. Sure, its nice the office offers coffee in lobby. But having to dress then go outside in the rain made that less than a comfortable option. Lite breakfast fair: fruit, yogurt, muffins. I thought I saw that on the website

The location was nice since that was near a convenient store and a CVS.

The quality of the hotel room was acceptable but for the cost I would’ve expected more.

Perfect location for the marina.

Please, clean behind the toilets... YUK!

This was a pleasant surprise for a budget hotel! The room was as clean and comfortable as any big name hotel; do not let the exterior fool you! “Don’t judge a book by its cover” strongly applies to this Econo Lodge. Ample facilities, decent grab and go breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable parking for all guests. Will recommend to anyone looking to stay near to the Little Creek beach without having to fork out the big bucks for decent accommodation.

We could hear guests checking out of their room in the morning if they were in the hallway, but otherwise the room was pretty quiet and we couldn’t hear anything during the night.

The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful. it was a clean room in a good location for our destination.

They didn't serve breakfast due to COVID-19, but my stay was excellent. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
