The staff are amazing at this location. The front desk staff, cleaning stafff… all super friendly. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The property needs some serious updating. But it was clean and comfortable even though it was older.

Towels has visible stains even after washed (I guess). Room smells like mold and carpet feels dirty. Overall the cleanliness is questionable.

A/C not working. Mold on ceiling in bathroom tub area. Pool dirty. The cabinet for hanging clothes blocked the sink area. Someone needs to rearrange furniture or take it out.

Clean, pool clean, hot tub clean perfect temperature, room neat, bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful hot breakfast with array of other options. Excellent customer service!

Staff were friendly, good location, breakfast was good, safe in the room, and the bed was comfortable.

Motel/hotel is dated, wallpaper peeling, door didn't want to close and had clearly been damaged. When closed, the top portion was not even remotely flush or sealed. Room had a slight odor initially. Price was jacked up ridiculously for college graduation. A person booked a room for the following night for less than half what I paid for the previous night.

We got in our room and check the bed for bed bugs didn’t find any , laid in bed for about 2 hrs watching tv and my gf got up and I found a big bed bug I took a video and pictures of it I took a peice of paper and caught it crinkled it up around bug to bring to desk and show it to staff and he proceeded to take paper with bug very quickly squishing bug and throwing away in trash I proceeded to tell him I want a refund we will find another place to stay the night he stated was not able to issue a refund that manager will take care of in the morning I said ok, we drove to tru hotel for the night, and I’m writing this review almost a month after we stayed because all I wanted was a refund and to this day I have yet to have this incident resolved, manager contacted me the day after said I need to contact booking.com which I did they said they would contact hotel and have them get pest control to check room week later I get email from booking saying pest control didn’t find anything and no refund can be done, called manager she stated she never heard anything from booking so called booking again and sent the video and pictures to them they stated they would refollow up with hotel and try to resolve but after a month almost nothing has been resolved I don’t believe I should pay for 2 hrs of watching tv and having to find another hotel at 1:30am so I will never be staying at a quality inn or use booking ever again if they can’t refund me a measly 89$ also the room number was 251 but that doesn’t matter because the bugs can travel through walls and with the sheets.
