It was very dirty and they had spiders and bugs

There are NO SMOKE FREE.ROOMS! All rooms smell.like cigarettes and urine. We did not stay. We went somewhere else. You can tell drugs and type of stuff surround the area. However, the receptionist was really nice.

The price was good but it reflected the poor quality of the room The TV was good and large 2 stained chairs were replaced after 2 days

The first room I was given smelled like smoke even when it was supposed to be non smoking so I was given another room that was somewhat better but the cabinets were dingy with one drawer missing the front plate The refrigerator was noisy when running like the bearing on the compressor was worn out and making a rattling noise so I had to use my ear plugs to be able to sleep The hinge on the refrigerator was also worn out and loose The walls could use some paint as it was chipped and stained

The kitchen and bed was fine. No cleaning of our room for days and no toilet paper. Come on people this is America, where is your hospitality.

Very sorry service, no room service, or toilet. We emptied our own trash then got botched at because we put it in the can instead of dumpsters. Go back to your foreign country people. This is 🇺🇸 America and we take pride in room service and hospitality and free breKfasts.

I enjoyed my stay

The location and price were very reasonable.

I arrived around 7 pm exhausted from the drive, ready for a shower and bed. At the front desk during check-in I was informed that my room wasn't cleaned and since the housekeeper was off already. I would have to wait until the next day to check-in. So my spouse offered to clean the room, turned out the room was horrible to say the least. After 2 55 gallon garbage cans of trash and 4-5 hours of scrubbing we were finally able to relax. Around 2 am finally falling asleep when someone began banging on the door. It was their security guard with a fine of $25.00 for the trash cans left in front of the room. No problems for the next few days. Then on my 6th day I returned after running errands to find that my didn't work, so I checked with the office. The lady said I was being evicted because my spouse wasn't supposed to be there. I went over my records and it clearly stated the room was booked for 2 adults. But it did no good. So we had to pack our things at 6 pm and leave the property without a refund..

The rooms are very spacious

The constant noise from all the other guests. Seems like they never sleep. Been here two weeks now and have not gotten any clean towels. I booked a king room and was told they over booked snd it cost me more money.
