Don't know enough to be considered as knowledgeable to offer comments. But, we were very satisfied with the accommodations.

We were attending a concert at the Kansas star casino and this was on property. Our room was clean and we even were able to check in almost an hour early due to room availability. The AC worked excellently and the staff at the desk were all so friendly.

The hallways and common areas as well as the elevators were very hot and not at a comfortable temp.

The front desk staff was excellent. Specifically, I communicated with John. He did an excellent job from checking in to replacing the comforter that my dog had gotten dirty. Overall - my interactions with the staff were great.

This hotel is next to a casino. The occupants of the room next to me partied all night long and were coming and going from their room loudly. Around 3 AM I called the front desk to complain. I believe they sent someone up to talk to the noisy guests. While it was slightly more quiet, I could hear the next door neighbors through the wall until I finally fell asleep around 5 AM. I could not make it to my destination the next day (driving between TX and MN) and had to stay another night on the road as I was so exhausted.
