Everything was great. I would have like for our room to be a bit bigger. The water park was enjoyable for all ages.

Wish I would have known it was cashless! Fridge barley was cold and was told it was working fine when we had it looked at. Most of the staff was pleasant but I feel to work at a place like this some of the staff running the bowling and kids stuff didn't seem friendly at all. You staff running Dunkin donuts need to do better every time we ordered it was wrong when they gave it to us.

Beautiful build.

Put-put golf was not well designed. Kinda same ole thing throughout I felt, but overall the property was great. Swim area closed too early.

The water park is nice. The room was large.

Booking.com sent us the wrong address to this hotel. It was 80 miles away. we ended up getting to the hotel at midnight, missing all the kids activities. And all booking.com did was pay us back for gas. I'm still really upset about this. Booking.com customer service reps hung up on me twice... About the hotel: The room smelled really bad, AC was dripping water and it was so loud, we couldnt sleep...we called maintenance, they said they fixed it, but come nighttime, the noise was back...

We were cold and need more blankets for comfort. The blankets we requested were never delivered.

The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive.

Was a little disappointed by the misleading advertising on the website regarding the ability to enjoy the water park prior to lodging reservation being ready. upon arrival at 10am was informed that this was not possible until 1pm and would be a cost of $50. we ended up paying for one adult and our child to enter water park on a day pass $106. while my husband and daughter attended water park I sat in parking lot until room was ready. 4pm

Everything was great.We really had a wonderful time.Our 3 yo had a blast so did us.Worth going to.
