The staff was friendly at the front desk. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. It was very clean. The pool area was amazing and my kids really enjoyed that area.

The room temperature was a little uneven- warm on one side but freezing on the other.

For a Ho-Jo this was a pretty nice place. Rooms were clearly updated and clean, and had a very nice lobby area. Also one of the nicest pools/pool areas I've seen.

Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came-so no new towels, no making of the beds, no refilling of the coffee in the room. When we asked at the front desk about it, they basically shrugged their shoulders. Also the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Heather was excellent! Very attentive and friendly. The pool area was unexpected. It was like a hidden island oasis.

The decor was dated but clean. I’d like to see a better breakfast.

We arrived at 4:00 pm and room was not ready. They asked if we could come back in an hour. We found something to do and went back 2 hours later and room still was not ready. It was after 6:00 pm. After traveling over 4 hours to get there we were not happy about the extra 2 hour wait. The room smelled horrible, TV didn’t work at first. Begged for a new remote, finally had to go to the front desk to retrieve a different one. Bathroom sink was clogged. Saturday morning I called around 8 am to request room to be cleaned ( sheets and clean towels were all we wanted) she said she would put us on the list. Upon returning to the hotel around 6pm to shower and get ready for the night we found our room was not cleaned. I called front desk and she said no one put us on the list and house keeping was gone for the day. I went to the front desk, again, and received 2 TOWELS. On top of that the floor felt damp and my feet were black from walking on the carpet. I asked if we could receive a discount or late check out or any compensation for everything that happened and the girl at the desk laughed. I paid 600.00 for 2 nights in this nasty hotel. Due to the festival there were no rooms available elsewhere. Disappointed

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and nice breakfast nook.

I struggled with the heater. Maybe some instructions on how it works on the table with the remote would be nice.

Everything was great. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the pool was very nice.

We had no complaints.
