Clean and spacious

When I arrived at the super 8 hotel i had to wait in the lobby and outside because I was told that the booking.com credit card was declining and I needed to contact them and I had to wait. After going back and forth and waiting I finally was booked in and giving a key when I entered the room i started to unpack and put away food. I noticed that the mini fridge was not working I went and told front desk the manger stated ok. I went upstairs and started Lysol everything as I do any hotel I don't sleep under hotel covers i sleep on top of the covers my daughter and I went to sleep. The following morning my daughter stated she think she was bitten by ants because of bite marks on her I went down stairs asked could they spray or have they sprayed for ants the manger stated they have and it should be no bugs. I said ok and I will keep an eye out and again reminded him of the broken fridge and my now spoiled food he said ok he will tell his maintained again. I was in the shower that night and my daughter ran in screaming stating she was bitten by a brown bug and she smashed it and moved the cover there were a lo more of them when i ran out of the shower and pulled the covers back. I was mortified and started throwing up i immediately started packing all of my belongings and took them outside once I got a1l of my belongings out I went to the front and told the night manager that there was bed bugs in the room and I was checking out and the room key was inside. The night manager did not seemed shocked at all and said ok he will check me out then he stated the manger or owner wanted to talk to me and i did let him know I'm already waiting outside in the back waiting on a uber to take me to a laundry mat. When the manger walked up on me he acted as if he had no idea of how to ask me what was the problem I told him I was leaving because of the bed bugs he stated to me there was no bed bugs and i must have brought them and started trying to produce an argument.

I like how the bathroom and the bed sheets was really clean and good quality.

The breakfast was late and my room smelled. Didn't see a pool or hottube.

It was clean and just a nice place to stay.

We was able to check in 4 hours before check-in time

The hallways smell like weed, the rooms smell like mold. Had to go buy Lysol to mask the smell.

hotel was filthy and smelled like cigarettes and weed throughout the entire hotel.

Nothing but the location

They only had 1 face towel in the room the front desk lady said they didn't have anymore. The drying towel was stained so bad I didn't use it. The shower curtains was molded and black at the bottom, the iron didn't work and the beds are horrible

It was nice clean friendly the manager was always on site kept a watch on camera monitors for the vehicles and he trespassers so I felt very safe

One of the exit doors in the back would slam needed to be adjusted to close slowly

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was very nice but the breakfast was a major disappointment.
