Room was comfortable and frilled our needs.

Parking was an issue. Horse trailers took up several spots.

Location near the freeway.

We chose this hotel from a list of several along our route SPECIFICALLY because it had a pool. We were in the middle of a 16 hour drive and wanted to let our three boys relax and unwind at the pool. But, it was closed. The breakfast was disappointing with powdered eggs, bad bacon and hard biscuits. The bed linens were too small for the beds and there were only two towels in a room capable of 6 people. Overall, not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Pool was out of order, breakfast was non existent. Breakfast person was not keeping up and everything was empty continuously. She was more worried about smoking.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was really good. The lighting in the room could be a little better. And it would be awesome to get some streaming services in the room like Netflix or something. But it was overall really great and super clean!

The lighting could have been a little better in the rooms but didn’t affect my opinion on my stay. Also it would be super great to have some streaming channels like Netflix and stuff instead of cable.

Clean, good size room, staff friendly and easy to reach from expressway. The lady serving breakfast was extremely kind and went out of her way to remove used dishes.

Breakfast was ok to good. It wasn't the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, but it had enough options. It did Not have enough seating. The room was excellent, clean, all the good things, the staff was excellent as well

A notification the pool wasn't working - we picked where to stop in our trip based on having a pool..... and then it was down. That put a shadow on the whole experience.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean, not too many complications. And the breakfast was amazing as well as the breakfast attendees!

The pool was closed and that was one of the main attractions for us.

The location is great for being close to our family. The staff was nice and the rooms were nice, but not anything special. My husband said they breakfast was okay.

This was our second time staying there. Both times the pool wasn't able to be used and now the hot tub isn't there. That was the main reason we stayed there. The price is a little on the high side. We like to stay in Ripley because our family is there, but I could go twenty minutes up to Mineral Wells and it is $40 less per night. The pool and hot tub are advertised features and now the hot tub is gone. We may have chosen another hotel had we known the pool was out of order.
