The room layout was different than the average hotel room. Very clean and spacious.
The pillows were a little soft and not very supportive. Not that big a deal though.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff was very welcoming. The location was ideal and very close to anything you would want to do. The balcony was a lovely touch!
There was a very strong chemical smell coming from the linens. I assume it is whatever laundry detergent the company uses because the towels and washcloths had the same strong scent. The company would definitely benefit from more parking. If you leave at certain times of the day, don't expect easy parking once you return. We had to drive in circles for 30 minutes until another guest left to park. When questioning staff about the parking shortage, we were told that we could park at a nearby attraction. That wasn't the answer we were expecting as paying customers.

- vlek op laken maar we kregen direct extra lakens om deze te vervangen
- beperkte “house keeping”. Handdoeken worden enkel vervangen en vuilbakken geledigd. Bed wordt niet opgemaakt.

The room with a loft was small, overall. No place to sit comfortably on the main level. Towel bar/rack torn off and missing. No ironing board or iron. Steamer doesn't cut it. The price was high, considering the things lacking.

I loved where it is located, I loved the amenities...couldn't ask for a better place. Beautiful outdoor area with pool and firepit. Room was amazing with loft area for second bedroom.
The doors to rooms slam shut, so when your neighbor decides 230am is a good time to come in, you know it.

Our room was perfect !! Our daughter loved the upstairs loft and balcony! The staff was so nice and the full breakfast was delicious!

The place was clean and very roomy. We loved the loft room that offered our 17-year-old, as well as us, some privacy at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lights from the sign belonging to the hotel next to us shined bright through the cathedral-type windows that allowed light into the loft area. There should be some kind of motorized shade or at least tint on the windows.

The rooms were lovely and clean and had all of the amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Room service was on time and daily even on Sundays while we were there.
The door leading to the Shower was off the sliding guide. It required plenty of strength to open and close. I have a bad shoulder and shutting, or opening was a bit painful. The toilet seat was broken, and I reported it to the front desk.

There was a sliding barn door for the bathroom, and it didn’t offer privacy with others in the room. The water didn’t get hot enough in the shower.
