The room overall, was well laid out, nicely done and clean (except for one thing--the full, plugged poop toilet.

The full, plugged poop toilet. I checked in and went to the room. It looked nice, clean, nice bathroom. But I did not check the toilet till about 9 pm and ready for bed, only to find the toilet plugged. What the back story was, I don't know. The toilet and bathroom looked very clean. So, why was the toilet plugged and full of poop??!! it made no sense unless staff slipped in later and used the toilet but left it. Then to add to the fiasco, I could not get anyone at the desk to answer the phone. I had to get dressed and walk down to the desk. It took another 30 minutes before it was clean and workable.

Friendly and professional staff all around. The front desk clerk, the bar staff, and in the restaurant. While remaining professional they were all able to 'cut up' a little and have some fun.

The only ding in our whole stay was a slight musty smell from the carpet.

Breakfast was ok but the service and hospitality of our server was spectacular!!!

Long wait for food! Food was not super hot.

The pictures made it look FAR better than it was.

Everything was excellent. They actually leave vacant rooms between guests when they're not fully booked! I've wondered why no one ever did that in all my travels and I so very much appreciated a silent hotel room with no noise whatsoever. Clean, comfortable and attached restaurant had a great steak to go with a much appreciated glass of wine after an epic ten hour drive avoiding snow, through Utah, Idaho and eastern Oregon. Best hotel ever for a very reasonable price.

not in the best area. right off the interstate. we have stayed here several times and never had a problem.

The rooms were perfect. The shower had pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels. Great rates. Staff also put our three rooms next to each other when I asked. Happy 100%

carpet was too old and I saw few spots as well. lightning was too low in the room. just 1 warm light , no white light.

The beds are very comfortable, and the room was a decent size. The staff was very accommodating on my request to be as far away from foot traffic as possible. And the pet fee was resonable/affordable. And the shower has great water pressure!

The parking lot was VERY icy! Only by the main entrance was salted and de-iced.

Our stay was comfortable. I was a little hesitant at first about no corridor outside our door, because these days facilities are more like hotels with inside corridors. But, after a bit, we got used to it. Plus, our room was protected by another Cousins building. We were amazed at the food which was more like country home cooking. For dinner we had pot roast, potatoes, gravy and vegetables. The portions were more than enough and was excellent. For breakfast, I had French toast with sausage and my wife had a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was huge so it took both of us to finish it. Very good. Strongly recommend Cousins.

A little dated but still acceptable.

That the price was low.

The carpet was stained and made the room appear dirty and I heard the tenant in the room next to me snoring most of the night. I was only there to sleep so those 2 things were not a deal breaker for me.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed the dinner special in the bar, which closes at 9 so you don't have to worry about noise

The pool and spa were maintained well.

There were a lot of problems with the door key cards, not just mine but other people around me.

Easy to park near room. Good restaurant. Model train in lobby/pub.
