Breakfast was ok, not a lot of options.

The key system was down when we checked in and we were told it would be up and working shortly. However we never received a key card so we had to ask the front desk every time we needed to get into our room or the fitness center. No one ever communicated with us when we would be able to get a key (or not).

The rooms were clean. They were spacious with the sofa and kitchen.

There was only one elevator available to use. We were on the third floor and they were not able to place us in rooms next to each other, but opposite end of the hall.

there were red stains on the floor and the soap dispensers in the shower weren’t cleaned off so the shampoo and conditioner and shower gel were crusty

Room had strong odor. shower was old, dirty looking and out of character with rest of hotel. pet fee was applied twice although only one deep cleaning was going to be performed!

Spacious rooms.

Pool towels were the size of hand towels. Room was dirty, things broken, slow drain in tub. I felt overcharged. Breakfast felt like they were running out and only half stocked and were slow to refill. It was the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my travels and the worst experience. I was disappointed.

The 2nd day there was no breakfast not even coffee. They told us no one showed up to cook it

We had a two bedroom suite and had only one bath towel the 2 days of our stay. If I had been the mgr., I would have used the washer and dryers on site and washed a few loads myself. I was given a floor mat to dry with. I think you should really be concerned regarding sloping tubs with no rubber mats or hand rails. It is so easy to fall in this type of tub and then you could be facing a law suit that would more than compensate to take care of this. This has been my hotel of choice for many years and I was so disappointed with our stay.
