Nothing. We didn’t even stay with them after seeing their pool! Uggh!! We should have realized that something was up when there were no other vehicles in the lot!

The bathroom by the pool had excrement on the floor and on the toilet. And I mean a lot of it was literally “painted” on the toilet where it was smeared all over. The pool was dirty and completely unsanitary. In the end, after NOT CHECKING IN BECAUSE THEY WEREN’T EVEN THERE, we left the hotel, still awaiting a refund. They have said that they tried to reach us (they did NOT) and they owed us nothing. Ha! Never, EVER go to this hotel! It is a “Royal” pain!!!! After reading other complaints, we discovered they also have had bed bugs among other gross things. After refusing to refund our pre-paid reservation, we feel justified in reporting them to the public health authorities.

Pool was clean. Room clean, staff was friendly.

Pool uncomfortablely cold. Shower water only stayed warm for about a minute. No vending machines. Website said hot breakfast. Coffee was hot but only donuts, toast and cereals for food.

Apart from a very good location and staff, I did not find anything good there.

Breakfast poor, pool dirty, jacuzzi closed, hotel generally run down, the only plus is great location. For similar money, other motels have a much better standard.

The location, everything we wanted to do was minutes away.

The view is nice and it was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay.

the shower head looked bad and dirty and along the side of the shower looked dirty.

The hotel was dirty and way over priced. the hot tub was out of commission and the pool didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time.

shower backed up, toilet didn’t flush, sheets were stains, no one at front desk, hot tub broke, smelled must, shower curtain made whole bathroom smell that sour milk, rooms are extremely small. like when you walk in the door hits the bed so you can’t even swing the door open all the way.

I thought I was staying at a Roadway Inn. that is what the picture said. It was the Royal Inn. the breakfast consisted of bread and some cereal. We left and went to eat breakfast in town.

The halls smelled really bad.

Reservations were all screwed up.Rooms so small could hardly turn around. Bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned, hairs on stool and in the bathtub.

it had a nice pool not heated. the hot tub was out of order though.

the room was very dirty. black mold on the ceiling. the sheets were stained and the towels. we had to switch from our first room because it was disgusting and the second room was was visually better until we crawled into bed and the sheets were stained. we literally ending up sleeping on top of the blankets. wish I would have never stayed here.
