Staff was helpful, courteous, property is CLEAN (constantly being attended to)

Rooms are extremely run down and smell of smoke even the non smoking rooms. Fire alarm was disconnected on the floor. Paint was missing chipped off the walls and marks with scratches all over the walls. Windows don't lock with broken screens. Lots of random men in the parking lot. This hotel needs lots of work and the staff is awful. I left and asked for a refund because it was so gross and I did not feel safe sleeping there on the first floor. Still awaiting refund I may or may not get because the staff is so sketchy. How Wyndham can associate their name with a place like this is beyond my comprehension. I'm a Wyndham member and I'm concerned.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What else can you ask for.

The place is a bit run down, but that didn't impact my stay.

Close to the airport, the pancake maker was cute....

Smelled like someone was smoking pot, front desk person didn't seem to care. Dingy, stinky, elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart, and the beds were terrible!

Location. Like 20 minutes away from all the visiting places

The pictures are not how it actually looks. It is very run down. It is in fact not pay at property. The staff were rude and stunk of weed. There was a sweet older man by the end of our stay but the younger staff were very unprofessional

Location is close to the airport. It was good for staying overnight to catch a plane to Belize next morning. All facilities are very basic with basic breakfast. The price is fair. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Tobacco smell in the corridor. Pillows and mattress were basic.
