The shower did not work properly

Way over priced for this hotel. Found a few dead bugs. Ashes on the dresses when I asked for non smoking room. Air didn’t work properly. Room had bad smell. We had to stay since if was my niece graduation. Wont be back

the location was ok. the front desk people were super nice. I ended up not staying and they didn't charge my credit card

Old and it updated I can tolerate, after all it is a budget hotel. I don't expect the furniture to be modern or without chips/dings. Dirty is a non negotiable for me. The room smelled of mildew and smoke (even though marked as non-smoking). the linens and mattress were stained, tub was dirty, and I wouldn't put any of my food in that microwave. I took a brief inspection and went back to reception to say I wouldn't be staying.

worst Room experience I have had in years. First room was filthy, no shower curtain, no toilet paper rack, dirty towels, musty room, and feces on the back of the bathroom door!!!!! it was horrible. staff simply moved us to a better room the next day. no apology. no effort to deal with it

I lost my phone charger in my room and I call them to tell my case,they answered me I need to wait till second day morning to contact room keeper. But usually people book this kind of hotel just for one night and they will leave to other city. it's impossible for me to go back oxford next day. I don't get it why can't they just set a lost and found in front desk,it might be helpful for most people
