Nice location with restaurants and a movie theater close by. Free breakfast. Nice clean room with a shower that had good water pressure!!!

Clean, quiet and great location.

I like how they were patient when there was problems that needed to be fixed .

1. The first room we were in the toilet didn’t flush . 2. The second room, the piece from the dishwasher was broken and the soap was used . 3. The third room was comfortable. 4. They have a whole pool but nobody can swim because it’s icy cold and the night crew couldn’t even get the pool room open , the morning crew did it for us and the pool was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it was real cold and we hated that .

Room was clean, bed was comfy, some staff we came in contact with was nice.

We had a sofa couch in our room, but no sheets or blankets or pillows for it. I called to desk and asked and you must get it from them. I went down and she said i was lucky because this was the last of what she could find. A bag of 2 sheets, a blanket and 1 pillow. Why would you not have enough linens for all of your sofa couches and already be in the rooms? Also, they ran out of towels so we couldn't get more clean towels for our shower. We came in contact with 3 different staff members in our stay and 1 was friendly. The other two weren't . Also in the description of the hotel it states there is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is not actually theirs, it's the hotel beside them. However there is an access gate to it from their patio, so I was confused on that. The hot tub was not in working order either.

the location was good

the property was poorly maintained. the bathroom sink didn’t drain, the refrigerator didn’t work and the disposal in the kitchen sink didn’t work. they eventually fixed everything and the staff tried really hard but clearly the owners aren’t taking care of the property. we only stayed one night and moved to another hotel.

Breakfast was embarassingly bad. Not much variety--no oatmeal. Taquitas were terrible. Cereal selection was for 5 year olds.

Bed was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible.

It was very neat and clean.

Everything was awesome!
