Very comfortable and large, spacious room

Seamless check in-check out. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The male staff member at reception with the long braids especially was so welcoming with such a lovely smile! Amazing buffet breakfast! A huge hit with our two young daughters who are quite particular with their food. Beds are extremely comfortable that even my 1 1/2 year old slept better than in our bed at home! Shuttle bus pick up and drop off is an easy process and very convenient. Be sure to book in advance.

There was some hair in the bath and bathroom floor that did not belong to us. It was not excessive and not a huge issue and I did not report it to anyone so I cannot comment on how it was dealt with by staff but it is not a nice sight to see someone else’s body hair in what’s meant to be a freshly cleaned room.

Front desk worked with us on check-in. We arrived late or very early in the morning and they greeted us with a smile.

Shuttle service great, evening young man on the desk not that helpful, gave inaccurate info. Easy access to airport, but currently there is road work being done near hotel. No restaurants in walking distance.

Room was spacious and clean. Great location, near shopping centers and airport. Staff was very courteous and friendly, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast area, we missed breakfast by 5 minutes and she was nice enough to allow me to get some things for my kids. Will stay here again.

Not sure if its worth mentioningl, but pool could be cleaned/maintained more often, maybe we got there and pool was not scheduled to be cleaned yet. Would definitely stay here again though.

The lady at the desk was so helpful. The motel was lovely. Has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in since arriving in USA

It's just a typical Hampton Inn -- nothing great but nothing bad. Seems expensive compared to other cities but is in line with other Phoenix properties
