The breakfast was incredible and so worth everything.
Unfortunately, they must be understaffed because nobody was at the front desk multiple times I needed someone. They have an eatery that should be open til late but when I went down to order and he told me it would take 20 minutes, he came back 15 min later and said the kitchen was closed because nobody else was there to cook it. So we couldn’t eat that night.

Great hotel, nice location near highway, quiet even if near the highway, clean, new shower, good breakfast, enough parking car.
Nothing bad except no iron. We asked for a iron and they gave us one that didn't work. Was not a big deal.

Didn't like the configuration of room - closet very, very small, bathroom incredibly small and sink outside of bathroom. Room deodorizer too heavy and overpowering. Light that illuminated parking lot & building shone directly into the room - all night. Specifically asked for a room that was away from outside lights - and then we were assigned this one. Refrigerator so cold everything in it froze. Would not stay here again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect for my needs. Bed extreme comfortable, & a nice selection for breakfast. Room very spacious.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing spectacular, but not bad at all either. Location was convient, good restaurants close by.
The Blink EV chargers weren't working and there was no way to get any customer support from the charger company. Really puts a wrench in your day when you expect to be able to charge while you sleep. In fact, it's the only reason I booked at that hotel. There were closer options to where I needed to be. If it's advertised as having EV charging, you need to be sure they are working.

The room was dirty the sheets on the bed had not been changed there were hairs in the bed and a some kind of spot on the sheets. The phone had food and grim build up on it

Bathroom had nowhere to set anything. Black Out motorized shade was stuck in the down position and took 2 days before repair. Booked specifically for EV charging and they didn't work. BLINK brand charging stations. Other than this would have been fine.

Nice for the price free breakfast and morning staff was amazing.
When I checked in they told me they had to put me in a different room but charged me the same amount. One of the faucets was broken well it worked but was leaking water at the base. No microwave in room but lobby had one.

Breakfast was great, escellent.
At about 11 p.m. teenagers, I can only guess, did not want to open the door and look, were running through the halls. It was frightening, woke up out of a sound sleep to hear them yelling and chasing one another. Tried calling the front desk but the phone was dead. it was an older phone and the battery in the hand set was not charging. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. The lady was very polite. I went back to sleep after that. Other than that, the stay was really nice.

The hotel was amazing. Great facilities, big room, workout room, free parking, very friendly front desk agents, clean and they serve a very complete and wonderful breakfast. Thank you so much!

The front desk staff were nice.
The room had a weird smell and it didn’t feel deep cleaned between visits but more so surface cleaned. The 5th floor elevator up and down button wouldn’t work so we’d have to use the stairs.
