toilet overflowed after flushing and the front desk sent someone with a plunger who handed it to me and left. I have a problem with germs so I was unable to do it myself. instead I was left with a flooded bathroom and no help.

We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. The staff was great and the food delicious. The location is also great. Dublin is easy to get around and close to Columbus. We also enjoyed the pool.

stayed one night did not get the 2 bed room that I paid for in advance of my stay also paid in advance for my stay and was not refundable so had to pay 50$ when checking in and at check in was told I was not getting my double bed so they said I could get complimentary breakfast in the morning and then in the morning I was told I did not get the breakfast that I would have to pay for it
