Amplia y lujosa villa con vistas directamente a uno de los más bellos campos de golf de Tenerife, con impresionantes vistas al mar. Piscina climatizada con una gran terraza orientada al sur. habitaciones con aire acondicionado.

La villa y sus jardines privados ligeramente elevados, ofrece sin duda una de las más hermosas vistas al mar de la isla. Su terraza tiene una gran mesa de diez plazas, allí más 8 sillas para tomar sol o sombra bajo una gran palmera durante todo el día.
La calefacción solar piscina climatizada nunca es más profundo que 1m30 proporcionar un espacio ideal para niños y adultos.
La terraza también está equipado con una barbacoa.
La villa es típica de la isla, muy espaciosa, con un gran salón de 45m2, 2 habitaciones dobles y 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales y dos baños. Hay un espacio televison y comedor sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada (lavadora, lavavajillas, etc ..). También incluye una mesa de 6 plazas donde el desayuno se puede tomar.
Se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas. Wi-Fi está disponible.

The communication from the owner was really good and timely however not all issues were addressed. Unable to use the iron as it kept blowing electrics and was told an electrician would be contacted however nothing happened unfortunately.
The property had a real issue with cockroaches and although my husband did reduce the number by laying traps and spraying daily, there was still a significant amount. This really was the factor that drive our decision to leave the villa a week early, I just could not live in that environment. The booklet in the villa does mention the cockroaches and suggests it is common for the island however I’ve been to Tenerife many, many times and this is the first time I’ve seen such infestation.
Pool has a number tiles missing from the floor and surround which, although still usable it added to the overall underwhelming experience. The counters in the kitchen were split and lifting which, in my opinion, is not hygienic.
As I reported to the owner, my expectation was to have a “home away from home experience”. This fell well short.
The proximity to both the airport and the golf course are positives, with some investment the villa has the potential to increase its rating.
Finally the villa is directly under the flight path and whilst this did not bother us at all, it should be mentioned as it’s not for everyone.
In over 30 years of using private villas, thrush is the only time I’ve cut my vacation short due to quality of the home.

We’ve stayed in Golf Del Sur many times and this has been the best villa yet by far. Very spacious with everything we needed. The pool is heated and perfect for cooling off. Bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance. So good we’re planning to rebook!

This was a long awaited for family holiday of a lifetime. We had an amazing time and made our own fun, however the villa does need updating - urgently. Although we had everything that we needed, it wasn't clear that the location is directly underneath the "flight path" and the planes are quite loud, nor would we receive unwanted stray golf balls from golfers, which landed on sunbeds and pool. This Villa should not be rated as 4 star on your website.

The villa was spacious and suited our party of five mountain bikers very well as there was room to store our bikes inside and the pool was very welcome after a ride. The outside area had plenty of space and we enjoyed a BBQ by the pool. There are bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

We stayed for 4 weeks in the villa. The area seemed very quiet at first but we soon learned that the shops, restaurants and bus stops were only about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view across the golf course to the sea. There was an issue with the pool mechanism, but we were impressed with the speedy efforts of the owner to rectify this from France. The villa could do with a little TLC, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back at some time in the future.

Me and my family had a fantastic holiday the Villa was amazing with a beautiful view and bars and places to eat near by. The owner was extremely helpful especially while we are going through the coronavirus, he has kept us up to date with everything we needed and made the transition easy

The villa is spacious and clean with a good kitchen area and good air con in three of the bedrooms, but the fourth bedroom gets uncomfortably warm in hot weather. The outside has a pleasant outlook, but the pool is quite small and not very deep. The solar heating is not ideal, it’s cold when there’s no sun and gets too hot when the weather heats up. Also there’s no effective shade during the hottest part of the day. Compared to other rentals in the area it was reasonable value but does need some basic maintenance.

We spent one week in February 2020, the villa is spacious, nice terrace with view on the golf course. The proprietor is very friendly and reacted immediately after being contacted.

Fantastic Christmas break
Booked to go away as a family of 9 (with 4 young children) for Christmas.
Every part of the experience, from booking the villa to being there was smooth and Anthony’s communication with us throughout was excellent.
Villa was clean, comfortable and great amenities. The pool area was large, lots of chairs and sun beds and pool a great temperature. Literally have no complaints at all and we all thoroughly loved our experience. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you 😃.

Great family sized villa with private pool
This is the second time we have stayed in this large spacious villa. Good location close to airport and walking distance from all local restaurants and shops. Needing a touch of TLC now but still a fantastic choice for a family holiday.

Great villa!
My group of friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a chilled out holiday with the option of going out for a few drinks if we fancied it - this place offers that. Good views over the golf course towards the coast, and only a short drive to El Medano for some kite surfing and a bite to eat. The pool was a good temperature and we made full use of the barbeque on the terrace. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and small shops within walking distance which was really handy. I'd definitely recommend this place!

The villa was clean and comfortable with ample room for eight people although there were only two of us. The outlook from the terrace is across the golf course and you can see the sea which is ideal. We would stay in this villa again apart from one problem which was the solar heated pool, which I never entered and my husband only used a handful of times in the late afternoons. The cover was only ever removed when the pool man came or on the few occasions my husband used it. We will only be renting villas with properly heated pools in the future, which is a real shame as we really liked this villa.

Highly recommended.
One of the best houses we have stayed in Tenerife. Clean, specious, large kitchen, sun heated pool. During our stay, the planes were landing from noon to evening. No plane noise in the mornings.

Nice Villa
A very nice Villa, plenty of room, comfortable seating, very good Television, kitchen well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers etc, outside again sun beds & table & chairs all there, Pool heated by Solar panels that don't seem to be that good temp of water while we where there 18-20 degree's at best-so quite chilly but ok when you got used to it, we paid extra for cleaning & change of linen, quality of sheets & towels ok. there are a few steep steps at the entrance that could give someone with walking problems a problem,
but a nice villa that we will be looking at for next year, thank you Anthony for your help

The villa is in a lovely place opposite the golf course but needs some TLC and updating.
We had a lovely time apart from the weather which wasn’t great which caused problems with the electricity in the property,the rain must have gotten into one of the circuits which caused all the electrics to go off, there was a few other snags which were sorted out by the owner and house keeper Timmi who was a lovely young lady,very helpful,and very pleasant.

Great family villa in perfect location.
Amazing sized family villa. Four good sized bedrooms, three with A/c but plenty of fans to keep the rest cool. Near to supermarket and view over the golf course and harbour was amazing.
15mins from airport with easy access to the main motorway. Two good sized living areas within the villa and plenty of seating. Outside space is great and pool is bigger than pictures show. Sun shines all day and plenty of deck chairs to go around. Short walk down to harbour and loads of nice places to eat with views over the sea. Will def book again. Very good value .

Large clean villa with air conditioning
On arrival the villa was clean and tidy. The villa is large and plenty of space for the children to play. Three out of the four bedrooms have air conditioning which worked perfectly to keep us cool whilst we slept. The pool is a lovely size and plenty of the space outside for sun loungers and a table area, unfortunately there is no shade outside until late evening which meant our children had to go inside for shade. There is a parasol but on our arrival it was broken, we contacted Anthony and he told us that this would be fixed on the Monday but it was never fixed throughout our stay. Our stay was for two weeks and we never had a change of bed linen or towels which is unusual as every where we have staid before, after the first week someone comes in and changes them so that was disappointing as we had to buy products to clean them ourselves.
Overall we did enjoy our stay at the villa, it is a lovely quiet area and clean and tidy.

Très belle villa, tout confort, agréable et avec un panorama exceptionnel
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette belle villa sur le golf d’Amarilla. Nous sommes venus pour profiter des beaux golfs aux alentours et du soleil canarien. Dommage une semaine n’est pas suffisante pour jouer au golf et visiter. Nous y serions bien rester plus surtout quand il fait froid en France et que nous avions un beau soleil avec 26 degrés !! Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la villa très spacieuse qui bénéficie de tout le confort. Villa très agréable, bien située et propre avec une charmante piscine pour se rafraîchir. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec plaisir et recommandons pleinement ce bijou canarien.

Exploring intriguing Tenerife
The villa is lovely just for relaxing and/or as a base for exploring this island which is intriguing in so many ways. Its layout on one floor (all beautifully clean) suited our family of 6 (three generations) very well with its different open spaces, great furniture, equipment and the pool which seemed bigger when you were in it. The view to the coast from the back and terrace is green, quiet and open, and we saw hoopoes several times. We got used to the frequent winds (warm) once we realized only one very strong parasol is feasible on the terrace) where we had most meals, though the planes going over quite low could be annoying. Thanks to Anthony, Timmi and Joni for their welcome and help.

Amazing
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in August and had a fantastic time. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and there was ample space for the 6 of us. The pool area was fab and enjoyed by all. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops and would highly recommend the pancake café on the front. We did not hire a car but would recommend for future visitors. Anthony was extremely helpful and replied to our messages quickly, thank you.

Only 15minutes from airport and short walk from pubs restaurants and shops

Property well equiped and very good location
We had a great time, This viila is very open and airey well equiped with all you need for a good holiday.Also like to say the pool was always warm. Location could not have been better the pinehurst over the road was good for drinking and eating we found some great places to eat. San Blast was very good place nice walk to there. We would definatley go back there. The owner Anthony was very accomadating always answering questions very quickly.

got of to a very bad start no fault of the villa owner hire car broke down plus I left instructions on how to get to villa at home hence it took quite a while to find once you know where the villa is its quite easy , so review is from second day ,the villa is quite spacious and large enough for a large family group ours was 6 people , the villa its self was clean and had all you needed for cooking and entertainment the pool was very warm throughout our stay we have been to many a villa where the pool as been freezing not on this occasion , the villa in my opion was very good value for money and I would definitely rebook thanks for your help Anthony

Nice family house
We stayed one week in this comfortable house. Convenient nearby the airport but this also means in the weekend a lot of plains flying over. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet though. From the terrace you have a great view. Nice to have a swimmingpool which was cleaned twice this week. The house is well equipped but it would be nice if handsoap and powder for the dishwasher and washing machine were available and trashbags. Our children visited the Siam Waterpark and found it fantastic. We also took a boattrip to watch Dolphins but a few of us became seasick and we hardly saw any Dolphins. A trip to the northwest, Los Gigantes, Masca and Garachico is something you should not miss, the nature is really beautiful. And last but not least El Teide. One week was too short, we enjoyed Tenerife and this nice house.
