The location was perfect for the weekend visit. There was plenty of food choices and shopping as well, The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Ms. Mallet in the front office was super kind and makes good morning coffee.

The only issue I had was due to my mistake. I put myself in a pet friendly room and myself and my sister both have allergies to most animals. But once I addressed it with the front desk she very quickly changed our rooms. The problem was solved!

Location is great. Right off I-95, within minutes of downtown, beaches, shopping and sports facilities. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Multiple restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Price fits the facility.

We stayed at this hotel several years ago and we’re impressed, so we booked here again. Unfortunately, things have changed. Hotel needs a MAJOR deep cleaning. On check in, lobby smelled like a wet dog. The facility is all non-smoking, but every evening the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Elevators trapped the smoke/marijuana odors. We were on 5th floor so the smoke smell was not there. Room appeared clean initially. Sink, toilet and bathtub were clean, but that was all. Stains on the laminate floors, walls and bedspread. Furniture had dirt in corners and what looked like dried spills. Dirt and fingerprints on all doors. Ceiling paint in bathroom was peeling and above the bathtub was what looked like black mold starting. Shower curtain had soap scum and mildew. A/C worked well, a little loud. Did not walk in room with bare feet!! And, to top off our stay, housekeeping started banging on doors at 7:30AM…check out is 11AM! Then at 8AM, they started pressure washing the building!

had to look for housekeeping for more towels and extra pillows as to what front desk told us to do! ask a few time for towels but pillows never came , side door never lock! twice someone put branches to keep door open , not safe!!! and always someone outside and in car in parking lot smoking weed.

The hotel had roaches. The first night some guests were talking loudly for hours at 1:00am in the morning and the desk clerk did nothing to resolve. The elevator broke mid-way through the stay and the maintenance technician had to self-operate it. When he took too long I had to walk young children up 3 flights of stairs which was super inconvenient.
