The staff was very professional and friendly.

There were holes punched in the wall. No iron or iron board, no cooking utensils, only one trash can in the entire room. Furthermore, the couch was dirty and the people outside were loud and disrespectful.

Honestly this property is unkempt from the check in area to the rooms.

The check in was easy however the room we were initially assigned wasn’t even ready. We got to the room and housekeeping was just getting there. Thankfully enough the housekeepers got on the phone with the front desk and was able to advise him of another room that was ready. The front desk guy had the audacity to tell housekeeping to tell us to come back to the front desk to get the new keys for the new room. Again the housekeepers said to him that they’d let us in the new room but for him to bring us the new keys! We had our hands full of luggage and this guy wasn’t trying to be more accommodating since this was his mess up. This was just the check in experience. The new room was subpar at best. Was labeled non smoking but reeked of smoke. Visually the room looked clean but I wouldn’t walk around in that room without shoes on. The bathroom was super small and there was paint stains on the mirror and in the sink. Just poor maintenance throughout the room. The towels were old and super thin. Another thing we asked for new towels the next day and was told we had to physically bring the used towels to the front desk in order to receive fresh ones! I have never heard of such a thing. The front desk guy basically was like oh well. We spent over $500 to stay at this slummy place. The weekend we were there the better hotels were booked up so we were stuck between this place and another sketchy spot but the reviews here were 1 star better so we said we’d give this place a go. There are a lot of people that live there and animals are all over this place. We had dog poop outside the walkway near our room along with trash from the room next door piled up outside the door. Never again. We were there for a funeral and I’m glad we spent majority of our time with the family because the few hours we did stay in the room was unsettling.

I didn’t get to like property

I didn’t like the fact I booked the room on Monday for Friday and Saturday but the day I go to get my room key they say I was suppose to pay $160 security deposit something they clearly didn’t mention nor contact me to tell me about that before it was time for me to come get my room so I been waiting on my refund of my $200 and still haven’t got it so I feel I should most definitely get a curtesy stay for a weekend for all this trouble I’m going thru

The staff was amazing!

The property was absolutely deplorable! The room was filled with the scent of cigarettes. Every wall was stained, the toilet was absolutely dirty. There was no comforter on the bed, just sheets. There were flies all over, but we could not determine where they were coming from or what they were after. My child had an asthma attack as a result of the cigarette stench. The people next door had visitors through the night/morning (approximately 3-4 am). I felt extremely unsafe.

I like the fact I got time to see my family and friends

Customer service is poor, and the fact I had to 96 for the room and 150 deposit. It's no worth staying for that type of money. It's almost been a week since I stayed their and I haven't received my 150 deposit back yet. I have stayed there everytime I visited, but not no more rooms not worth it.

it's a very nasty place to stay. Everything was out of stock, it was holes in the wall, lights was flickering on and off, cabinets broken, draws falling off, smells really bad, head board fell off the wall. No cover, just plat sheet, floor has scratches on it.
