I booked the room for 4 persons. But it was good jyst for 3 persons. The 4th person had to do a lot of adjustments. Rest all was very good !!

The hotel couldn’t provide the room previously booked, and the staff was VERY unhelpful. She was basically saying sorry the room is not available, goodbye. Not willing to help me with cancellation etc although I did nothing wrong. Was very disturbing how much she didn’t care

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was clean and perfect for a getaway. The breakfast was great and the coffee and teas station was a great touch!

the room was clean and quiet. the bed comfortable and the shower was great! The breakfast was exceptional. LOVED the fresh fruit. some places have not gotten back from the brown bag free breakfast of early covid days. shame on them. WAY TO GO Hyatt House.

Nice facility, very comfortable bed/room layout
The countertops in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well, TV remote was sticky. Hot tub felt barely warmer than the pool (probably 95 deg). One of my 4 pillows was comfortable, the others were very hard/lumpy.

well situated business style hotel. room had kitchenette,large fridge and dishwasher. easy access to freeway. walkable area. Jessica , the receptionist was very friendly and helpful…a real asset
just a suggestion…why not provide bottled water in the room…not a great expense and welcome after long travel

Breakfast was great, loved having a kitchen in the room, convenient location near Seattle.
The bar/restaurant was a little expensive as a dinner option. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Jessica at the front desk (late night shift on 4/12) had a very bad attitude. Was rude and not helpful at all.

They lied about breakfast foods what was supposed to be offered.
Tater tots potatoes served, no omelettes, no sausage.
And dry pancakes and oatmeal!

The cabinet had a drawer that that would not stay closed and rolled out a little into the room.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was half decent as American buffets go. Hyatt’s standard depressing grey decor throughout.
$75 usd pet fee for one night is an astronomical price, and double what we’ve ever had at another hotel.

Had a hard time locating the Hotel with GPS, but I called the hotel and the Rep was very helpful at getting me there.
