There was no services there can barely get in drveway

I fell down the stairs employee walked right by and stop to help or anything they have video of me falling

My deposit was withheld due to soiled sheets and cups not thrown in garbage. Do you not wash the sheets? Was any property damaged? Was there any smoking in the room? ALSO, I was charged several times for the room. 1st said they took care of it and refunded. 2nd person said hadn't happened and supposedly they took care of the refund. Will never stay again or recommend

The large parking lot! Lots of cameras… We felt safe and the facility was clean! Found a grrrrreat Mexican restaurant within walking distance

Really the only thing it had going for it was cleanliness.

No air conditioner, no breakfast. No toiletries. Paid about 600$ for a two night stay. There was nothing but a bar of soap. Air conditioner didn’t work at all and it was my three kids our dog and my husband so it got hot. No breakfast. No place to walk dogs.

It was the only reasonably priced hotel in the area.

The walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors talking at all hours of the night. There was people slamming doors all the light the night as well and it echoed in our room. There were NO elevators so we had to lug 3 large suitcases up the stairs.
